Trey was elected to serve as Alderman for New Bern’s Ward 1 and was appointed to complete the remainder of the prior term effective November 13, 2025, following Alderman Prill’s resignation. He was formally sworn into his full elected term on December 9, 2025. Trey is committed to transparent, accessible leadership and to strengthening the neighborhoods and community of Ward 1.
